Cancellation

Cancellation would be accepted only within 12 hours after the order is placed. Cancellation thereafter will be at the discretion of competent authority at Soccer House.

For Cancellation, an email must be sent to thesoccerhousestore@gmail.com with complete details of the purchase and reason for cancellation.

Returns

*THERE IS NO RETURNS AND REFUND APPLICABLE FOR CUSTOMIZED ORDERS.

Returns only applicable for manufacturing defects or defects during transit only.

A query has to be raised within 48 hrs of the receipt of the shipment. Our policy lasts one day(24 hrs) post-delivery of the product. If two days has gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

 

THERE IS NO REFUND OFFERED FOR ANY ISSUE FOR ALL OUR PRODUCTS.

 

In case of defects, the item would be replaced with the correct one.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a package will be dispatched within 3 working days

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at thesoccerhousestore7@gmail.com

In the case of the Size issue, you will need to send us back the Product in the same Condition. After getting the product back, a new shipment of different size will be sent. The Shipping charge from your place to our place can’t be claimed. So please refer our size chart carefully before ordering the product.
